Information about the ordering process at Wackenbus.com for Wacken Open Air 2025
- When you order here in the shop, you book binding seats on one of our buses. By sending the order and choosing the payment method ‘Prepayment by bank transfer’, we reserve the ordered bus tickets and, if applicable, festival tickets for 30 days. Once payment has been received, the booking is firm and the order can no longer be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel the order if no payment has been made after 30 days. For all instant payment methods (Paypal, credit card, etc.) we will cancel an order after just two days.
- We do not send out printed bus tickets or festival tickets, because we only need our passenger list and a tour guide will tick you off as ‘present’ when you board the Wackenbus. As our passenger lists are also digital, it is also possible to make a booking shortly before departure!
- Festival tickets that have been ordered together with a bus ticket will be transferred to you digitally via the Wacken Ticket Centre beginning at 15.07.2025. If you would like to receive your festival tickets before then, you can request them from us using this form so that we can send them to you personalised as soon as possible (usually startin in April). Until your festival tickets are sent out, you can change your name (‘re-personalisation’) free of charge until 15.07.2025 Re-personalisation after this date or after early receipt is only possible for a fee at the Ticket Centre
- You can pay at Wackenbus.com by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card as well as other country-specific payment methods.

The payment options at Wackenbus.com - You can find the current planning of our departure times and the positions of the departure points at any time on the respective departure point page here on the website. In exceptional cases, departure times or departure locations may change shortly before departure. The information that can be found on our website on the Sunday evening before departure and that we will send you by e-mail on the Sunday evening before departure at the latest is therefore binding.
- Unless otherwise stated, the ticket price for the bus ticket includes the outward journey in a modern coach to the festival on Monday, July, 28th 2025 and the return journey on Sunday, August 3rd 2025. Optionally, a festival ticket for the Wacken Open Air 2025 can be purchased with a bus ticket, we sell this festival ticket on behalf of the festival organiser ICS GmbH at the original price and EXCLUSIVELY IN CONNECTION WITH ONE OF OUR BUS TICKETS..
- If festival tickets can still be ordered for a departure location, we guarantee for this festival ticket, regardless of whether the Wacken Open Air is officially sold out according to the organiser, as we receive a special contingent of festival tickets from the organiser, which is made available exclusively for bus, train and air travellers (sold out always refers only to the festival tickets that the organiser himself sells via www.metaltix.com). Sometimes we also put returned tickets back on sale, so if in doubt, please contact us if our shop system indicates that we are sold out.
